Today I just took a day off and went together with my 2 older sons and a friend of our family and her son to the most beautiful waterfall in Costa Rica (while my wife Katie stayed at home with our 2 younger kids)
Wow, what a blast we had!
After climbing up through the rainforest, we finally reached the first waterfall.
My sons and I had such a great time climbing and jumping those rocks you can see in this video; and also swimming in this clear water, that comes out of the earth of the mountains far away from any industrial pollution.
My intention for this video is mainly to inspire you with beautiful impressions from a pristine, untouched tropical paradise.

How to make a difference in the world

When I work with people in my coaching business, I very often hear them say:
“I want more money”, “I want abundance”
However if we then work with this surface desire and explore what is underneath it, different things appear.

Why you can harm yourself eating healthy raw food, but thrive on a piece of pizza

I am sorry but this had to come!

I know many will not like it and not support this message, nevertheless do I believe it to be true.
So much harm has been done within our holy raw food world, by preaching a concept 95% of the people will not be able (or willing) to live by.

So much guilt, shame and fear is created by telling people how pure&dogmatic they have to behave to be good, to be healthy, to be on the good side, “our side.”

Nothing is more harmful to our health and to our wellbeing than living with that guilt of not being the perfect Health (raw) foodist.
